The Wi-Fi QR format WIFI:T:<auth>;S:<ssid>;P:<password>;H:<hidden>; is a de-facto standard recognized by Android and iOS camera apps:

T — Authentication type: WEP, WPA, or nopass
S — Network SSID (escape \;, \,, \", \\)
P — Password (same escaping rules)
H — Hidden network: true or omitted

Best practices

Use error correction level M (15%) for general use, H (30%) for print.
Minimum size: 2×2 cm for screen, 3×3 cm for print at 30 cm distance.
Keep quiet zone (margin) at least 4 modules wide.
